We begin working with you early in the process and help assemble the information campaign, including:

Program and Ad Books


Every event is enhanced by some type of guide or program/adbook. We assist with each step of the process, including:

• scheduling (due dates)
• sizing and pricing
• specification sheets
• templates, layout (samples on request)
• premium pages in full color or metallic gold or silver ink for those special advertisers

 

Assembling and printing an ad book can be a very rushed process, most often caused by last minute ad placement. We have recommendations for making the process run smoothly. See our help section or contact us for assistance.

Signage and Displays


There are numerous essentials at any business or social event. We help you prepare materials needed, (including a few you didn’t think of!) and deliver well in advance of the big day.

 

Here are some items we provide:


- Design and printing of event materials, such as table tents, numbered tickets, silent auction forms, name badges
  and table displays
- Design, printing and mounting of posters and signs, up to 3 x 6 feet or more, in full color
- Directional signs, indoor or outdoor
- Banners to display your logo, sponsors or theme
- Design of award plaques and certificates
- Copying of seminar materials, in binders, tape bound, spiral bound or stapled
- Copying of CD’s with labels and cases, to accompany your event
- Design of advertising specialties, such as pens, “Post-it” notes, bags, etc
- Inside delivery of all materials: safe secure and on-time
- “Emergency” production of materials up to the day of the event


Items are priced per piece.
Mounted posters, for indoor use are, $10.00 per square foot.
