After working as an independent consultant and grantswriter for local and state government for 17 years, Ray founded Capitol Copy Service in January 1981. The firm grew quickly and expanded into offset printing in the first year and into graphic design a few years later.

A Masters candidate in Public Administration, Ray was graduated from Rider University. He has taken advanced courses in printing techniques, a variety of computer analysis programs and in print production.

Ray represents Capitol Copy Service as a member of PrintImage International, the National Association of Printers and Lithographers, the Graphic Arts Association of Delaware Valley, the Greater Mercer Chamber of Commerce and the NJ Retail Merchants Association.

Dave has working experience in all aspects of the printing industry, from operating a press to digital color production to bindery. After 20 years with Capitol Copy, Dave is responsible for overall production and personnel supervision.

Having completed countless training courses in production management, paper stocks, and estimating, Dave ensures that jobs “get out the door on time!”

Dave is also an award-winning professional photographer and is frequently published in trade magazines in the auto racing industry.

Dean has the dual industry background of art and printing.  He has completed courses of study at Bucks and Mercer Community Colleges as well as Rider University. His artistic talent has won numerous awards in both graphic design and fashion design.

During his ten years with Capitol Copy, Dean has completed advanced courses in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, QuarkExpress, MSPublisher, and MSAccess, Acrobat, Word, and digital color file management.

Dean takes the “raw material” from the client and molds it into a real work of art!

Dean has a lifelong interest in art and antiques.

Dean Cliver has 2 decades of printing experience and certified training in 4-color process, bindery, digital file preparation and customer service. His attention to detail and press knowledge allows Capitol Copy to produce quality work consistently.

Over the past year, Dean has also become proficient in managing digital files to make press-ready plates. This has saved time and money for our clients. Image files are now archived for you and can be retrieved in minutes.

Dean is also a musician and home remodeler.

Paul started in the bindery/delivery position at Capitol Copy and has since distinguished himself as an excellent press operator with a talent for high speed production. He specializes in printing 2-color envelopes.

When not printing, Paul enjoys skydiving.
